With all the despairing news that we get to hear and see on a daily basis, I've decided to start a series about some of the simple things that bring us joy and smiles. I experienced one of those moments this past weekend by indulging on a small cup of refreshing vanilla soft serve ice cream at the street fair. No fat free, low fat or yogurt, I'm talking about the creamy, cool deliciousness of 100% ice cream. True bliss!
